SPECIAL NOTE TO WINDOWS VISTA, WINDOWS7 AND WINDOWS8 USERS

Microsoft in its ultimate wisdom has changed the way program are allowed to update files on the operating system.
They did this to help cut down on virus attacks!

Programs installed in the Program files Folder can no longer write to data files.

Microsoft created an area on the user profile called Roaming to store new data files.

Some times when you run the upgrade program it updates the files in the computer
where the program is installed but the Operating System sill pulls data from the Roaming directory which could be old rates.

You should check to see that you are using the most up to date rates after the update is run.

you can check the update date under the File | About Screen.

If you do not think you have the correct rates please call me So I can login and check for the Roaming Directory and Delete it!
